This class is for children 18 months to 3 years of age. Mommy & Me is a 45-minute class that meets once a week. During this class, the children will work on large motor skill activities, body awareness, and basic gymnastics fundamentals while being assisted by a parent/guardian. Parents participate with their children during each class, sharing the learning experience.
