These classes are one-hour classes, held once a week for children ages 5 and over. Our open gymnastics class is a non-competitive class that is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics. In this class, the children will start by learning basic gymnastics skills on all equipment. As their skills progress on Vault, Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor, students are charted and may earn ribbons, progressing through the colors of the rainbow. Most classes have multiple instructors to accommodate children of different ages and/or skill levels.
